How to choose vending machine collection option:
- During checkout, select 'HQ & Vending Machine Collection'
- Then, select your preferred vending machine location
How to Collect Your Pre-Ordered Bouquet
Once your bouquet has been delivered to your selected vending machine, you will receive an email from “Microntech” containing your unique 8-digit unlock code.
If you do not receive the email at least 2 hours before your selected collection time, please WhatsApp 8859 7170 for assistance.
When you arrive at the vending machine, tap “Pickup Code” on the screen and enter your 8-digit code to retrieve your bouquet

Collection Timeframe:

Customers are required to collect their fresh flower bouquet from the vending machine within 12 hours of their selected collection time.

Uncollected Bouquets:

If the bouquet is not collected within 12 hours of the scheduled collection time, we reserve the right to remove the bouquet from the vending machine.

No refunds or replacements will be provided for uncollected bouquets.

Freshness Guarantee:

We strive to ensure that every bouquet is fresh and in optimal condition at the time of placement in the vending machine. We are not liable for any deterioration in quality resulting from late collection beyond the advised timeframe.

Changes to Collection Time:
