How to choose vending machine collection option:

  1. During checkout, select 'Store pickup'
  2. Then, select your preferred vending machine location
  3. Click to view our full location list

 

How to collect your bouquet from our vending machines:

Upon reaching the machine, Whatsapp message or call us at 8859 7170. Let us know your order number (#1234), the machine location and that you're there to collect your bouquet. We will open the locker door remotely.
* If you do not see the option to collect bouquet at our vending machine, it is because the bouquet is too large to be collected from our machines.
* Your order confirmation email will not state that you selected vending machine collection, but fret not, if you successfully selected 'Self collect at any of our 17 vending machines' and indicated your desired machine location for collection, the arrangements would be made.
